When will my order ship?
Turnaround time is currently 7-10 business days.
What is production/turnaround time?
Production time begins as soon as you place your order. I am a one woman bow making machine around here so please be aware of turnaround times before purchasing and make sure you are comfortable with waiting the timeframe that is stated at the time of your purchase. On occasion I do run behind a few days. In the event I am running behind I will email you to notify you of the delay.
What is your shipment method?
All packages are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail and you will receive an email with tracking information once an item ships. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking says delivered. In the event your tracking stops updating and is stuck somewhere, after 21 days of no movement, a shop credit in the amount less shipping costs will be issued. Refunds will not be given, only shop credit. All orders over $100 are shipped with signature confirmation effective 4/28/17. If you are not home at the time of delivery you will need to go to your local post office to pick it up. If you do not pick it up and it is sent back to me you will be required to pay shipping again. The same second shipment fee applies if an item is returned to me due to you providing an incorrect address.
Combining orders?
If you check out more than once, and would like your orders combined there will be a $2.00 fee per order after your first to do so (if shipping is $4.00 on the second order, you will be refunded $2.00). If you would like to avoid this fee, please reach out to me before placing your second order for a code to deduct the shipping.
Orders can only be combined if placed within 2 days of the original purchase.
Coupons?
If you have a coupon it must be applied at the time of checkout. I can not add a coupon on to a previous purchase. There are no exceptions. If you have a coupon and a ruby reward only one can be used per order. If you make two separate purchases one with a coupon and one with the ruby reward I can not combine them.
What is the Ruby Rewards program, and how does it work?
You can sign up for my "Ruby Rewards"program by clicking the link on your phone, tablet, or desktop computer. Once you create an account you will start earning points. When you earn enough points to claim a reward you can cash it in for a shop credit discount. Please note that ruby rewards can not be applied to an order AFTER you purchase. They must be applied at the time of checkout. Your reward can also not be reinstated if you decide to cancel your order.
What is your return policy?
Due to the made to order nature of my handmade pieces, there are no returns allowed at this time. I am meticulous about checking every piece before it gets sent to you. With that said, if there is a problem I somehow overlooked, I would be glad to exchange your item for another or offer in-store credit upon inspection of your returned item. You must contact me within 3 business days of receiving your order with any concerns you may have.
There are no exchanges or returns on elastic that does not fit your child, so please be sure to measure your child's head BEFORE purchasing.
Am I able to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order, it must be done within 24 hours of purchase. After this 24 hour window, cancellations, if approved, will be accepted in the form of in-store credit only. During sale events, ready to ship sales, or if you use a discount code all sales are final.
Why can't I change my address once I place my order?
In order to prevent fraud and delivery errors, once an order is placed I cannot change the address. Please take extra care to ensure you input the proper address when ordering.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, shipping costs vary by country. You are responsible to pay for any duties or taxes charged on international packages. Miss Rubylocks is not responsible for any of these added fees. I can not mark your items as a "gift". You are purchasing merchandise and it is the law for me to mark your package properly as merchandise for customs.
